Please read carefully — these terms apply to your use of ZAMA Clinic.
1. Our role
ZAMA Clinic is a medical tourism coordination platform. Clinical services are delivered by independent doctors and hospitals we introduce you to.
2. Consultations & quotes
Consultations and cost estimates are indicative and subject to medical review and final agreement with your chosen provider.
3. Payments
Deposits secure your slot; balance is paid to the treating hospital per their own terms. ZAMA does not hold clinical liability.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations more than 14 days before travel are fully refundable (excluding non-refundable third-party costs). See your coordinator's written terms.
5. Liability
ZAMA facilitates introductions and travel; clinical outcomes are the responsibility of the treating clinician and hospital.
