Refund Policy
Transparent, fair cancellation and refund terms.
1. Deposits
A deposit secures your booking and is 100% refundable up to 14 days before your travel date, minus non-refundable third-party costs (visa, flights).
2. Cancellation by patient
Cancellations within 14 days of travel may forfeit the deposit, subject to the individual hospital's terms.
3. Cancellation by ZAMA
If ZAMA or the partner hospital cancels, you receive a 100% refund including any third-party costs paid via ZAMA.
4. Medical reasons
If a physician determines you are unfit for the planned procedure, deposits are refunded in full.
5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
